The Carpe Vinum collection is an ever-changing offering of wines that are just about to sell out; one last opportunity to seize a range of selections before they disappear from our shelves forever. Maybe it’s the last few bottles before the next vintage arrives, or a rare bottling we got so little of in the first place that we weren’t able to share it in the newsletter or in an email.
Currently, you’ll find a ruby-colored southern Rhône rosé from Tavel, a pure and explosively aromatic expression of Corsica’s native Biancu Gentile grape, Massimo Benevelli’s effervescent Fresia, one of the Saint-Chinian’s most fascinating and delicious blancs, and Domaine d’Aupilhac’s old-vine Carignan—all priced to encourage new discoveries or revisit old favorites. We will continue to update this collection regularly as wines sell out, so check back often!
